  • Can I cancel my order?

    Orders submitted on ambaribeauty.com process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at info@ambaribrands.com but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified.
  • What is your return policy?

    We stand behind our products.

    If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Ambari® skincare, we are happy to provide you with a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

    Please note, we are only able to accept returns for items purchased through www.ambaribeauty.com.

    If you are wanting to return products, please fill out the form on our customer service page or send us an email at info@ambaribrands.com with the reason for return along with your order number and we will get back to you ASAP.

    Once your returned items are received and meet the standards listed in our refund policy, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days. Please email info@ambaribrands.com with any questions pertaining to your refund.
  • Does the return policy apply if I bought my Ambari® products from somewhere else?

    Any products purchased from 3rd party retailers must be returned to that specific retailer.

  • How much is shipping?

    We offer free shipping - no minimums required.
  • Do you ship internationally?

    At this time, Ambari® ships to the United Kingdom and United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
  • How do I track my order once it's been placed?

    Once your order is processed and put in the mail, you’ll receive an email notification containing the tracking information. From there, you can check your order’s progress every step of the way.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been successfully placed.

    United States: Shipping orders can take up to 48 - 72 hours to process on business days. Once in transit, shipping can take 3-5 business days.

    United Kingdom: Shipping orders can take up to 48 - 72 hours to process on business days. Once in transit, shipping can take up to 10 business days.

  • How much is the sales tax?

    All orders shipped from ambaribeauty.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.
  • Are your products Dermatologist reviewed?

    Our PM Active12® Serum and our Gold Profection22™ Mask are dermatologically reviewed, and our Complex4 Hydrator® Cream is dermatologically tested.
  • Is it normal to feel tingling when using the Ambari® products?

    Yes, most definitely. When it comes to using a new product or ingredient (especially those that are acidic like glycolic acid), start slowly and let your skin adjust. We use high concentrations in our products to ensure effectiveness, so a little tingling is not a bad thing!
  • Can you use Ambari® products if you don’t wear sunscreen?

    Because this product contains alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA), it may increase your skin's sensitivity to sunburn. Use sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using this product. Use only as directed.
  • Can I use Ambari® products if I have sensitive skin?

    If you are not used to using active ingredients including AHA’s and PHA’s in your skin care routine, we always recommend starting with small patch test to make sure it doesn’t irritate your skin, apply products using a cotton pad.
  • How do I know it's working?

    Your skin looks healthy, vibrant, and visibly restored. Slight tingling may be experienced.
  • Can I use Ambari® Products if I’m pregnant?

    If you are pregnant or nursing consult a physician prior to use.
  • Is Ambari® silicone-free?

    Yes! In fact, all Ambari® products are silicone-free.
  • Do you test your products on animals?

    No, we do not test our products on animals.
  • Does Ambari® use parabens?

    No. We do not use parabens.
  • Can I store Ambari® products in the fridge?

    Yes.
  • Where are your products made?

  • Where is your broad-spectrum oil sourced from?

    USA.
  • What do you test for in your products?

    We test for purity, potency and pollutants. That means we test for the good stuff like broad-spectrum oil and terpenes, and we also test for the not-so-good stuff like heavy metals, pesticides (including glyphosate), solvents, mycotoxins and bacteria. We’re dedicated to transparency, so we make information on every batch accessible.
  • Do your products have expiration dates?

    Ambari® products have a 12 month shelf life upon opening.
